New dejagnu snapshot

I've just made a new dejagnu snapshot.  Code can be found in
pub/egcs/infrastructure/dejagnu-971028.tar.gz.


Changes of note:

  * -driver/-fdriver problem with g77 testsuite should be fixed.

  * Problem with .exp files being installed into the wrong directory
  should be fixed.

  * Problem with shells that don't pass a fully qualified name
  as $0 should be fixed.
