EGCS and AIX Tests

If not covered by someone else, I'm interested in providing tests of
EGCS on AIX 4.1 and possibly 4.2 platforms like Mr. Oliva does (which I
find very helpful in tracking progress for the SunOS 2.5 platform. Is
this needed?
