Jason Merrill has pointed out in private that <std.h> had not been
renamed, it is just part of libg++, and the <std> filename I had found
was actually a directory (*blush*)
In fact, the test seems not to require <std.h> to be included, but it
may have required that in order to crash previously.
Here's a patch (that assumes the previous wrong patch was applied)
