1997-11-27 egcs snapshot available

egcs-ss-971127 is now available in ftp.cygnus.com:/pub/egcs/snapshots/1997-11-27
(and on various mirrors shortly, see the home page for mirror sites).  We hope
this is the last snapshot before the release -- I'll be working on doc issues
for the next several days.

Changes in this snapshot:

	* Make handling of gxx_include_dir vs gxx_includedir consistent.

	* Handle glibc1.9x versions of the C library found on alpha/ppc
	Linux systems.

	* Various EH fixes.

	* Fix for bzip mis-compilation on sparcs.

	* Various rs6000/ppc fixes, mostly EABI related stuff.

	* Minor dwarf1/dwarf2 fixes.

	* Minor bugfix in arm port.

	* Various fixes for the SH port.

	* Fix buglet in libstdc++ from last snapshot.
