rtems targets status report

I am pleased to report that I have successfully built toolsets all
all RTEMS targets using the following versions:

  + binutils 2.8.1 PLUS sh-rtems patch and as.new -> as-new fix
  + newlib 1.8.0 PLUS rtems patches
  + egcs 971122

Thanks to everyone who sent me advise. :)

I removed the objc and f subdirectories before building any of the
targets.

This successfully built the following targets one-tree style:

  hppa1.1-rtems      i960-rtems         powerpc-rtems
  i386-go32-rtems    m68k-rtems         sh-rtems
  i386-rtems         mips64orion-rtems  sparc-rtems

I have not cycled through building RTEMS using the tools yet.
