CPU32 patch (2nd request)

Would you consider including the patch

in the forthcoming egcs release (I know this is very soon). The patch
straightens out egcs's behaviour in m68k cross-compiler situations,
including building a proper multilib for the CPU32. I have tested it
with 971122 in m68k-coff and m68k-rtems configurations and it works fine.

If the patch isn't acceptable for some reason, please tell me and I'll
fix it so it is.
