-g lossage on OpenServer

Hi all.

I reported this a few days ago in another message but I suspect it
got lost in amongst all the other stuff. On OpenServer in at least
ELF mode (which leads me to suspect that the problem may be a wider
one than just an OpenServer problem becuase this used dwarf2),
libstdc++ fails to compile and test because -g is causing incorrect
labels to be emitted for some functions.  I do not have a small enough
test case to be able to give better information, but I am getting link
failures saying that "symbol .L_TXXXX" is not found.  It seems that
in -g mode, some symbols are being incorrectly generated.  Has anyone
else seen this problem?
