Can you offer more detail?

Fixincludes on OpenServer does absolutely have to be run and it
does absolutely have to search the modified  vararg.h and stdarg.h
before finding the native headers.

scoadmin->software->Verify will tell you if the checksum on the system 
one has been changed since it was installed.

Can you produce a simple preprocessed testcase?      Perhaps we can 
recognize if you really are getting the fixincluded versions or not.
