egcs-971105 powerpc-ibm-aix4.1.4.0 bootstrap failure (unroll)

	I bootstrapped egcs-971105 on powerpc-ibm-aix4.1.4.0 using
cc for stage1 and BOOT_CFLAGS="-g -O3 -funroll-all-loops -mminimal-toc".

	I got the following during the stage2 build:

 > ./xgcc -B./ -DIN_GCC -g -O3 -funroll-all-loops -mminimal-toc
 > 	-I./include -I. -I. -I./config -c ./objc/hash.c -o objc/hash.o
 > xgcc: Internal compiler error: program cc1 got fatal signal 4
 > make[1]: *** [objc/hash.o] Error 1

	I got the same for the previous snapshot too.  When I take out
the -funroll-all-loops from the BOOT_CFLAGS, it works.
