New dejagnu snapshot

I've made a new dejagnu snapshot and put it in the usual place
ftp.cygnus.com:/pub/egcs/infrastructure/dejagnu-971222.tar.gz

The notable egcs related changes are:

	* Fix for multilib'd native ports.

	* Rough cut to have dejagnu find the right shared libraries
	for the g++ testsuite when the runtime libs were built with
	--enable-shared.  This will probably need additional work in
	the future to handle the libstdc++/libio testsuites too.
