patched shared regression on powerpc-ibm-aix4.1.5.0

Hello,

The regression results on egcs-1.0, with shared enabled on aix 4.1.5
after applying the collect2 patch by Andrey Slepuhin.  
g++ behaves better than the static unpatched version.
