Arm cross compiler build 2

I have now built a gcc 3.4.0 arm-unknown-linux-gnu toolchain using  
crosstool 0.28 rc13.  Same setup as my previous message.  The only  
extra patch I used was the one in the bug report.

I haven't tried testing glibc yet, so I don't know if 3.4 has the same  
error about "text relocations used" that arm softfloat did.

Again, this was built on Debian X86 unstable and the tests were run on  
a Zaurus SL5600 running OpenZaurus.
