With "No special flags needed." I meant, the bug is triggered with
calling cc1plus with _no_ argument but the ice.ii file. Now that
should be clear, shouldn't it?

You said that already, but currently I just don't have enough time for
that.

As I said, you can feed it to cc1plus with only the ice.ii on the
command line.
BTW: I cannot add information to the gnats report, as I have only the
guest account. Or is this possible with the guest account? How
can a personal account be created? Is there some documentation
about that topic?
