The above are known g77/back-end problems, and probably will be
addressed for egcs 1.2. They are not specific to BSD.

The above do not occur for Linux, but do occur for one or two
other platforms. They probably represent easily-fixable
porting-related problems in egcs/libf2c/libU77, but we'd need
solid investigative work on the part of OpenBSD people to
get us started fixing them!
