gcc/rust/ChangeLog:
* typecheck/rust-tyty.h: Rename FN_VARADIC_FLAG -> FN_VARIADIC_FLAG.
* typecheck/rust-hir-type-check-implitem.cc (TypeCheckTopLevelExternItem::visit): Use
the new name.
