[gccrs COMMIT 2/5] gccrs: Fix missing copy constructor arguments

	* typecheck/rust-tyty-bounds.cc (TypeBoundPredicate::TypeBoundPredicate): missing argument
	(TypeBoundPredicate::operator=): likewise
