Proposed patch for a workaround

This is a workaround for the issue to restore the aarch64 build. I've opened
pull-request #4576 on github https://github.com/Rust-GCC/gccrs/pull/4576 with
this commit and created an issue to address the actual problem later on, but I
think we should restore the aarch64 build in the meantime
