Since this warning is not easily fixable, avoid it for now and wait for
the underlying issue to be resolved.

gcc/rust/ChangeLog:

	PR rust/122498
	* ast/rust-fmt.h: Add -Warray-bounds pragma to avoid the issue during
	bootstraps
