gcc/rust/ChangeLog:

	* typecheck/rust-tyty.h: Add new `ReprKind` enum to
	`ReprOptions`.
	* typecheck/rust-hir-type-check-base.cc: Handle setting of
	`repr_kind`.
	* typecheck/rust-hir-type-check-item.cc: New check for
	zero-variant enums.
