This commit fixes a compiler crash when expanding an empty macro into an existing AST.

gcc/rust/ChangeLog:

	* expand/rust-macro-expand.cc (transcribe_expression): Fix ICE when expanding
	empty macros.

gcc/testsuite/ChangeLog:

	* rust/compile/macro45.rs: New test.
