* ira-color.c: Remove mentioning cover classes from the file. Use
ALLOCNO_CLASS, ALLOCNO_CLASS_COST, and ALLOCNO_UPDATED_CLASS_COST
instead of ALLOCNO_COVER_CLASS, ALLOCNO_COVER_CLASS_COST, and
ALLOCNO_UPDATED_COVER_CLASS_COST. Fix formatting.
