	* gcc-interface/utils.c (record_builtin_type): Set TYPE_ARTIFICIAL on
	the type according to the ARTIFICIAL_P parameter.
	(create_type_decl): Likewise.
	(create_type_stub_decl): Set TYPE_ARTIFICIAL on the type to 1.
