These are the new ChangeLog entries since the last run:

	* cse.c (fold_rtx_subreg, fold_rtx_mem): New.
	(fold_rtx): Call fold_rtx_subreg and fold_rtx_mem to handle
	SUBREG and MEM, respectively.
