Dear YourFreeDVDs.com patron,

Due to an overwhelming number of emails we receive in the course of a day,
we'll attempt to answer the most frequently asked question first!

Q: I am not a US resident. Can I still get DVDs?

A: No. YourFreeDVDs.com is avaiable for residents of the US and its
territories only; this is due to DVD Region Codes and policies set by our
offer-providers that restrain our services to the US and its territories.
NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.

Q: Why do I get an error message that says my email address is "invalid
or already in use" when I try to log in?

A: This probably means that our website recognizes you as a returning
visitor, so you are automatically "logged in". (In other words, trying
to log in again is redundant.) This is done through the use of "cookies".

Q: Why can't I access my account? Apparently I have no password. Are you
guys for real? And how can you have shipped my order, as I havenÂ’t even
given you my shipping address?

A: You do indeed have a YourFreeDVDs.com account, but the sign-up
process was not fully completed. First you need to set a password, and
enter a shipping address and your birth date. The sign-up page is here:
http://www.yourfreedvds.com/signup.php.

If you selected a Free DVD through the Survey page, and completed the
corresponding offer, the DVD will show on your Wishlist, and should be
ordered by clicking on that movie title. (When you are logged in to
YourFreeDVDs.com, your Wishlist appears on the left hand side of the
page, near the top.) On the following page, click on the Order button
that appears next to the movie information.

Q: Why don't I see the points for an offer that I tried?

A: A completed offer generally takes 10-15 days before our offer-providers
notify us of a completed offer (i.e. successful registration, credit
card approval, etc.). A general rule of thumb is the higher the point
value, the longer the points take to show up in your account! One thing
you can do is to log in and check back every so often. If an offer has
"disappeared" from your account, read the next question!

Q: An offer I applied for a little while ago has "disappeared" from
my account. What does this mean?

A: This means that the particular offer in question has expired
(i.e. not successfully received or denied, in the case of a credit
card). If you have confirmation of an offer that has expired but
have not received DVD points for, please forward all documentation to
dvdpoints@yourfreedvds.com. POINT DISPUTES ONLY WILL BE ANSWERED FOR
THIS EMAIL ADDRESS!

Q: Can you tell me more about how YourFreeDVDs.com works?

A: For more information on how YourFreeDVDs.com works, please visit
http://www.yourfreedvds.com/newhelp.php and read all about how you can
get FREE DVDs!

If your email deals with an issue that can NOT be answered from the
information detailed above, we will attempt to respond to your inquiry
within 2-3 business days!

Thanks and enjoy YourFreeDVDs.com!
