change of host platform

The regression tester will, sometime relatively soon, switch its host
platform from Solaris 2.6 to Red Hat Linux 7. The new machine should
be noticeably faster, I'm hoping for about a factor of two, plus it
has two processors so I plan to add another target.

The machine is a stock RH7 install with all updates applied. The
native compiler will be used as the host compiler because there is no
released FSF GCC that supports this platform; I'll upgrade to FSF GCC
3.0 when it is released. The kernel in use is the default
2.2.17-14smp kernel. The only unusual tool is that the CVS used is
version 1.11 instead of the 1.10.8 that comes with the box.

The new machine's name is maat.cygnus.com, after the Egyptian goddess.
