latest status now available on web

The regression tester now has a web page at
< http://www.cygnus.com/~geoffk/gcc-regression/ >.

The page is subject to change, but I do expect
< http://www.cygnus.com/~geoffk/gcc-regression/status.txt >
and
< http://www.cygnus.com/~geoffk/gcc-regression/passes.txt >
to stay somewhat stable.  I'll also post a script that can be used to
compare the current set of passes with a testrun, thus saving people
the bother of running the testsuite twice for each change (they can
just run it once).
