    With present 3.3 branch, I get
      g/x> /home/bangerth/bin/gcc-3.3-pre/bin/gcc -c x.m
      x.m: In function `xyz':
      x.m:7: warning: `X' does not respond to `do_something'
    
    Does this indicate that the bug has been fixed?
