When compiling C++ code under Windows NT 4.0 Sp6 using mingw 2.0.0-3 and g++ 3.2 (mingw special 20020817-1) with -ansi, the compiler complains about: e:/GNUGCC/include/c++/3.2/bits/locale_facets.tcc:2070: `strdup' undeclared
