State-Changed-Why:
    You don't mention if you were linking with the -m68000
    option and I didn't check to see if m68k-coff was
    multilibed for gcc 2.95, but...
    
    Fixed for gcc 3.1, in that the m68000 multilib of libgcc.a
    does not contain bsrl instructions.
