redhat "null" beta release with gcc 3.2

Compile a program that defines a class inside a
namespace, run readelf to view the dwarf. None of
the namespace names show up anywhere as the name
on any DIE.

This make it kind of difficult to write a debugger that
can figure out what is going on.
