State-Changed-Why:
    The default configuration is hppa2.0w-hp-hpux11* on hppa
    wide machines.  Wide hppa machines support both 32bit SOM
    based code and 64bit ELF based code.  The default is the
    32bit SOM code.  If 64bit ELF code is desired, it is necessary to configure with --host=hppa64-hp-hpux11.00.
