I cannot compile your preprocessed output.
I get many errors, including:
wire2D.cc:218: `class WirePositions' has no member named `theta'
wire2D.cc:219: `class WirePositions' has no member named `x'
wire2D.cc:220: `class WirePositions' has no member named `h'
wire2D.cc:221:wire2D.cc:218: `class WirePositions' has no member named `theta'
wire2D.cc:219: `class WirePositions' has no member named `x'
wire2D.cc:220: `class WirePositions' has no member named `h'
wire2D.cc:221: `class WirePositions' has no member named `current'
`class WirePositions' has no member named `current'
Since you are using the Redhat version of gcc,
you may want to update it, since Redhat has
made many fixes since their 54 version.
