Test gcc.dg/special/wkali-1.c fails with error:

<..>/gcc/testsuite/gcc.dg/special/wkali-1.c:5: warning: weak declaration of `foo' not supported

I believe the test should be UNSUPPORTED if weak symbols aren't supported.  Patch to follow.
