 Tested with:
 
 gcc version 2.97 20010211 (experimental)
 
 I compiled the attached test case and obtained
 
 the following compiler warning:
 
 foo.cpp: In function `int main()':
 foo.cpp:21: non-lvalue in unary `&'
 
 This did not result in an internal compiler error.
 
 Should this report be closed?
