 Ok, sounds good.  I didn't have a build of a new version of gcc
 available, so I was not able to test this problem on it.  But if it is 
 now fixed, then go ahead and close the report.  Thanks a lot!

 Yup.  That's me.  Chris Colohan, COMP9T6+P, ex-LGMB Leedur, etc.  I am 
 still at grad school down at Carnegie Mellon, still working with Todd
 Mowry.  Someday I hope to actually graduate, but that day is not
 soon.  :-)
