    This was fixed in TC2 to the old standard, and C99: the remaining
    characters must be zero.  See DRs #060, #092; PR c/128 (which is the
    same bug); and gcc.c-torture/execute/20000801-4.c.
 
 Any objections if we close this as a duplicate of c/128?
