[PATCH] MATCH: Optimize COND_ADD reduction pattern

Current COND_ADD reduction pattern can't optimize floating-point vector.

Allow COND_ADD reduction pattern to optimize floating-point vector.

Bootstrap and Regression is running.

Ok for trunk if tests pass ?
