[COMMITTED] ada: Remove a remaining reference to ?

We should no longer use ? anywhere when emitting warnings.

gcc/ada/

	* sem_aggr.adb (Get_Value): Use ?? instead of ?.

Tested on x86_64-pc-linux-gnu, committed on master.
