[Ada] Recover proof of Ada.Strings.Fixed with assertions

Changes in GNATprove make it necessary to add assertions here.

Tested on x86_64-pc-linux-gnu, committed on trunk

	* libgnat/a-strfix.adb (Insert, Overwrite): Add assertions.
