[Ada] Switch to SR0660

Change to 64bit time to avoid Unix Epochalypse.

Tested on x86_64-pc-linux-gnu, committed on trunk

gcc/ada/

	* libgnat/s-parame__vxworks.ads (time_t_bits): Change to
	Long_Long_Integer'Size.
