[PATCH] gcc: vxworks: fix providing stdint.h header

Hi Rasmus,
We have had to use for stdbool a similar trick as we had
for stdint (need to preinclude yyvals.h), which we will need to
propagate somehow. I'm not yet sure how to reconcile that with
your observations.
