[PATCH] Fix TLS thread pointer function names on AIX

    This patch adds missing periods to the symbol name for TLS helper functions.

Bootstrapped on powerpc-ibm-aix7.2.2.0.

            * config/rs6000/rs6000.md (tls_get_tpointer_internal): Prepend
            period to symbol name.
            (tls_get_addr_internal<mode>): Same.
