[pushed] rtl-ssa: Fix a silly typo

s/ref/reg/ on a previously unused function name.

Sorry for the blunder.  Tested on aarch64-linux-gnu, aarch64_be-elf
and x86_64-linux-gnu, pushed as obvious.
