[Ada] Remove non-ASCII character

This is the first step in supporting [...] notation for aggregates in
-gnatX mode.

Tested on x86_64-pc-linux-gnu, committed on trunk

gcc/ada/

	* libgnat/a-numeri.ads: Remove the greek letter.
