[Ada] Remove all ^L characters

These control characters are mainly causing confusion at this stage,
so remove them.

Tested on x86_64-pc-linux-gnu, committed on trunk

gcc/ada/

	* gcc-interface/Makefile.in, gcc-interface/trans.c: Remove ^L
	characters.
