__gnu_linux__ is not defined on musl.

it would be better if there was a mechanism to
introduce namespace clean abi symbols across libc
implementations that a compiler can use, instead
of tying it to the glibc version, but currently
there is no such mechanism and only glibc has this
particular symbol, so the patch looks ok to me.
