[PATCH 5/6] Backport power10 prefix no-update test.

Backport power10 prefix no-update test.

This test insures that we do not try to generate an update format instruction
for prefixed load/store instructions. This test has been on the master branch
since June, and no changes were needed to backport it to GCC 10. Can I check
this patch into the GCC 10 branch?
