[doc, committed] Remove stale reference to FOR_EACH_LOOP_BREAK

Hi,

We removed FOR_EACH_LOOP_BREAK from the compiler six years ago, but it still shows
up in the internals manual.  Fix that.

Tested, committed as obvious.
