[PATCH 04/30] Changes to arc

	* config/arc/arc.c (arc_expand_movmem): Change movmem to cpymem.
	* config/arc/arc.h: Change movmem to cpymem in comment.
	* config/arc/arc.md (movmemsi): Change movmem to cpymem.
