[testsuite] Couple of g++.dg/asan tweaks

One of the tests in g++.dg/asan/asan_oob_test.cc uses unaligned memory 
accesses and g++.dg/asan/function-argument-3.C assumes a specific kind of 
calling conventions for vectors.

Tested on SPARC64/Linux, applied on the mainline.
